  • A major thank you to the Clinton County Humane Society! We adopted a puppy from them this week after months of looking for the right fit puppy. We absolutely love our new addition. The volunteers quickly approved our application, set up a time to visit our puppy, and help us complete our adoption paperwork. We strongly recommend them to anyone hoping to adopt! As a quick note: they do respond best via email as opposed to phone calls! That was a switch for me, but I also liked having things in writing as I can be forgetful!

  • I am so grateful of all the work you guys do. I adopted Brandi, your name, now known as Jasmine or mostly Jazz, on Monday, December 30 (2024), and we adore her I don’t remember the name of the volunteer who helped me, but she was very helpful. She has two older dog brothers and although she’s full of puppy energy 1/4 of the time she’s a sweet angel the other 75% of the time, mostly sleeping! She’s gotten better about chasing our four indoor cats and because we live on 52 acres she’s off leash and getting tons of exercise even with all the snow. She was three months old when I adopted her and she’s up to 24 pounds already. Thank you again for all you do.

  • I was able to meet with a volunteer at a convenient time and they gave me all the time I needed to choose a kitten to bring home. Very friendly volunteers and reasonable adoption fees. So far this little girl I brought home is the sweetest thing!

  • We had a wonderful experience when the Clinton County Humane Society came to WEC. Our family adopted 2 beautiful kittens (sisters) and they have been such a joy to have in our home 🩷 All CCHS volunteers were professional, friendly and truly wanted to find the best homes for animals needing adoption.

  • CCHS has been nothing but amazing to my family. We recently did a donation drive with our 6 year old daughter after losing two pups to cancer. She wanted to help homeless pups and kittys in need in their names 💕 she also worked on a Girl Scout patch in the process! When we dropped off donations the volunteers were amazing and even introduced her to some of the animals in their care. Because of this we also decided to add to our furry crew! We adopted “Juliette” now Bama a few weeks ago 🙂 the volunteers were absolutely amazing at helping us find the right pick for our household! 1000% recommend working with CCHS to find your next furry animal!

  • My family just adopted the sweetest little cat. Staff is super friendly and the shelter is clean and welcoming. Always call/email before going as they are primarily appointment only. Great place!
