We are a dedicated team of compassionate, tireless humans who volunteer our time in Clinton County, Ohio, to make sure every four-legged friend finds a forever home! We’ve adopted more than 9,900 animals since forming in 2003.

We operate SOLELY on donations, adoption fees, and volunteers’ time! We don’t receive any government/county funding. Zero. We are a 501(c)(3) organization.

We are teachers, retirees, working professionals — we come from all walks of life but have one thing in common: a deep, unconditional love for animals.

It’s not always easy to witness the indifference, neglect, and abuse that animals suffer at the hands of some humans, but it is worth the effort when that dog or cat is transformed by the love and kindness of other humans. With each wag of a tail and every contented purr, we know we’re not just saving lives — we’re changing them.

Our animals are vaccinated and spayed/neutered before their adoptions to ensure they are healthy when they find their loving families — and to help control the animal population!
